Choir/Singing Group 🎶
Singing can help improve voice symptoms associated with Parkinson's and is beneficial for mental health. The choir performs at two shows a year and at various nursing homes. New members are welcome and can attend two free "taster" sessions.
- When: Wednesdays, 10:00am to 12:00pm.
- Where: St Agnes Church Hall, 22 Whitley Road, Eastbourne, BN22 8NQ.
- Cost: £13 per month by standing order, plus £1 per week for hall hire (cash).

Tai Chi ☯️
Tai Chi involves smooth, flowing movements and breathing, and research has shown it can improve walking, posture and reduce falls for people with Parkinson's. The exercises are mostly chair-based, but participants can stand if they prefer. Open to people with Parkinson’s and carers.
- When: Tuesdays, 12.00pm to 13.00pm
- Where: Christ the King Catholic Church Hall, 3 Princes Road, Eastbourne, BN23 6HT
- Cost: £20 every four weeks with a two-week free trial.

High Intensity Training 💪
This is a one-hour, physio-led class focused on higher-intensity standing exercises. Attendance requires a simple fitness test and a completed screening form.
- When: Fridays, 9:45am
- Where: Christ the King Catholic Church Hall, 3 Princes Road, Eastbourne, BN23 6HT
- Cost: £8 for a one-off session or £5 per session if block booked.
